- Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Courts at Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh
- Venue: All legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts having jurisdiction over Kushinagar
- Severability: If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
📌 Jurisdiction Clause: The parties agree that the District Courts at Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of MLMP Portal.
